When you have one of your managers step up from the operational level to a tactical, or from a tactical level to a strategic, and his or her responsibilities and span of control increase, a job coach or mentor can assist in the transition to allow him or her to function optimally in the new environment.
Our counsellors have many years' experience and extensive expertise in business. Together with you and the candidate, we select a counsellor with whom he or she can share experiences, and then prepare a budget with you and the candidate and plan feedback sessions with the counsellor. This will give your new employee a better grasp and overview, allowing him to impress people with strength and decisiveness, and to shorten the time he needs to become effective. It's a win-win situation.
