Evaluation

Once we have placed a candidate with your organisation, we do not shirk our responsibilities. At the end of the guarantee period, after one month, we will evaluate the guarantee period with you and the candidate to see how satisfied both are.

We can arrange for another evaluation session after six months, administering a second PAPI test. The answers to that test enable you to plot the personal development of your new employee, and can form the basis for drawing up a personal development plan (PDP).
