What can we offer you?
Who would you trust to help you take one of the most important decisions of your career, possibly of your life?
In considering this question and your answer to it, let us explain our approach, our methods and our procedures. What can you expect from us? What return on time investment will you get?
What do you expect from us?
A job.
Of course, we intend to prove our value by finding you a suitable job that corresponds to your needs and expectations.
Corbulo offers you:
Job coaching
During the intake session, our consultants will interview you using the STAR method. This provides us with information on the way you work, and allows us to increase the likelihood of successfully finding you a job. To make our information complete, we will also ask you to complete a papi questionnaire. The resulting data provide us with a diverse picture of you, which we will use to find you the perfect job. In our interviews, we frequently offer advice on presentation in job interviews and on the best career path for you, based on our expertise and knowledge of the market. Whether you follow this advice is entirely up to you. However, we want to ensure that you make the right choices – choices that will keep you happy in the long run.
Personal advice
We are happy to advise you on issues concerning remuneration, career paths and developments in the employment market.
Lifetime career advice
Your initial interview with Corbulo is focused on finding you a suitable position within three months. Of course, you may meanwhile find a fitting position through another recruitment company or through your own network. But your investment in talking to us will keep its value. We stay in touch and will keep following your career progress. We will be happy to assist you in your future career.
You are key
Corbulo may have vacancies in its portfolio that suit your profile. But we will also actively identify employment market opportunities on the basis of your needs and expectations and introduce you to those companies. Of course, we will keep you informed at all times of the activities we perform for you.
Flexibility
As it may be inconvenient for you to come in for introductory interviews during working hours, we will be glad to schedule appointments in the evenings.
Papi test
PAPI™ (Personality and Preference Inventory) is a practical and scientifically proven method that allows us to evaluate behaviours and preferences in working styles and to properly identify your needs and expectations. Papi is a perfect instrument both for selection and for your personal development.
You will complete a 15-minute online questionnaire. We will provide you with a detailed report, which you can use to support your presentation at organisations. A papi test is one of our standard tools, which we will make available to you if you register with our organisation.
Contact us to get one-off access to the papi test environment. You can apply by telephone on + 31 70 319 70 90.
Job counselling
Often, a new job only becomes a challenge when you have to mobilise new competencies, knowledge or skills to turn the new job into a success. One example is a step towards the management level, or moving from operational to tactical to strategic responsibilities. After mediation by us or in some other way, you can apply for a job counsellor through our organisation who will guide you through this new challenge. Our counsellors have many years' experience and extensive expertise in business. Together with you, we will select a counsellor with whom you can share your experiences, and then set a budget with you and the employer, and plan feedback sessions with you and the counsellor. This will give you a better grasp and overview, allowing you to impress people with your strength and decisiveness and speed up your career progress.
Our unique online system
Corbulo works with sophisticated IT technology. This technology enables you to adjust your personal profile in our database by means of a personal code in the course of your career. You decide how you want to be found and what you require from a future position.
