Senior Project Controller (vacaturenummer: 1443)

Our client is an International organisation in the offshore oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities
• To provide financial management information per project
• To prepare time-phased project forecasts including cash flow
• To identify potential and variations to lump sum scope of work
• To identify opportunities and exposures
• To identify risk exposure contract
• To identify reimbursable and extra work
• To confirm ICA/IRB cost allocations
• To monitor the receipt of payments
• To monitor the status of cost allocations
• To communicate with client financial control representatives
• Sr. project controller: to review the task performed by the Jr. project controller

Tasks
• Financial and management support to Project Manager
• To review and analysis of contractual conditions
• To prepare project forecasts
• To prepare variance analysis
• To prepare / assist in preparation of variation orders/claims
• To prepare client project reporting
• To prepare client invoices in accordance with contract requirements
• To prepare project cash flow by currency and time profile
• To prepare the financial section of the project management close-out report
• To prepare monthly project financial report, opportunities and exposures report, outstanding guaranties report and project status summary report
• To inform project management of guaranties that need to be issued to client
• To obtain guarantees back from client
• To contribute to the preparation of the contractual section of the project management close-out report
• To maintain of financial project file
• To monitor receipt of payments
• To update or monitor cost allocations
• To generate and update notification schedule
• To expedite invoices to client
• To assist in evaluation and subsequent preparation of change orders, financial disputes and claim settlements.
• To prepare of assets by requisitions for the project
• To support Department Manager checking purchase orders

• You have a HBO degree with specifically accounting and business economics
• Fluency in English both orally and writing
• You have experience in accountancy environment, contractors environment, technical affinity and spreadsheet skills.

Salarisindicatie: 60000 tot 65000 EUR per jaar
