Mission
- Enhance business decision making by providing sound financial rigour
- Provision of financial support, reporting, analysis and advice to internal customers, as well as business-wide financial planning activities
Main activities
- Lead Financial modelling on Tender / Contract proposals and ongoing performance
- Summary analysis and understanding of Channel sales data and gross margin on a monthly basis for reporting and input to the monthly planning process – specifically on Channel & (Pre-) Wholesaler
- Provide Wholesaler insight reporting
- Responsible for CoGS, helping to enhance our understanding of CO and drive key areas of profitability. Month end cogs reconciliation and reporting (mifs), control of cost prices in SAP and input into cogs forecast (including MIFs); updating of transfer prices
- Working closely with sales / Ops teams to create new reports and analyse sales performance by channel
- Manage overall Homecare channel reporting and analysis and co-lead productivity initiatives in Homecare
- Support the Revenue Growth Control Manager with ad-hoc commercial financial analysis
- Support the Finance Director with key analysis as required
- Project Post implementation reviews – tracking the financial success of key projects affecting Homecare/sales channels.
