Powered by a proprietary returns management system, which enables the management of the full complexity of a modern reverse logistics solution. The company is committed to deliver reverse logistics solutions that meet changing needs in end-of-life, warranty, try-and-buy (distant selling), e-commerce and product recalls.

Based in Utrecht, our client is an award winning, fast growing, dynamic, internationally orientated (representing 10 different nationalities) private equity owned company.

The Manager Finance contributes to the strategy, business development and annual planning cycle. The candidate will report to our client’s Group CFO as well as the company CEO. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions;
• Prepare and present to the company CEO and the Group CFO financial statements and reports as required, by all laws and regulations in the territories of the operations of the firm;
• Compile and prepare the annual budget, other budgets, financial plans and all other financial and business documents as required by the company CEO, the Group CFO and the private equity company;
• Optimization of financial processes on reporting, IT applications and business performance;
• Leading the Finance team by stimulation, coaching and challenging to improve. Performance management through control, derived from the annual plan and objectives;
• Further structure & professionalize the administrative organization;
• Playing a key role in bringing the organisation to the next level of maturity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree Finance Management (or equivalent) and at least eight years experience in an international financial business environment. The candidate has strong analytical abilities, particularly in strategic business and financial analysis, accounting and operational skills. Experience within the logistics sector is highly valued.

The candidate has hands on mentality, proactive, flexible and results oriented. The candidate is prepared to travel and has an excellent knowledge of both the Dutch and English languages and preferably German.

Salarisindicatie: 65000 tot 70000 EUR per jaar
