Procedure

Our normal mediation procedure is as follows:

• We receive your CV and schedule an appointment
• Hour-long intake interview
• We arrange one or more interviews with our clients within three months
• We keep you informed of our progress
• We evaluate the situation with you during the procedure
• Expect three rounds on average + a possible assessment
• We aim to place you within thirty days of your introduction
