During the intake session, our consultants will interview you using the STAR method. This provides us with information on the way you work, and allows us to increase the likelihood of successfully finding you a job.

To make our information complete, we will also ask you to complete a papi questionnaire. PAPI™ (Personality and Preference Inventory) is a practical and scientifically proven method that allows us to evaluate behaviours and preferences in working styles and to properly identify your needs and expectations. We will also ask for references.

These data will provide us with a multi-faceted picture of you, which we will use to help you take the next step in your career and find the perfect job for you.
